Any personal information collected by Firth in connection with this website will be held for the purpose of linking you with career opportunities at Firth. We may use a trusted third party to help us process, administer and store your information however it will be protected by strict confidentiality agreements.

All personal information and documentation submitted on this website will be held securely by Firth in compliance with the Privacy Act 1993. It will primarily be stored electronically on Firth's candidate database. Personal information and documentation submitted on this website will be held by Firth for 6 months, after which date the information will be destroyed. You may request removal of your personal information at any time.

When visiting Firth's Careers web site, the site server makes a record of the visit and logs this information for statistical and administrative purposes.

You can request access to all and any information held about you by Firth and request correction of that information. The request must be in writing to Firth Recruitment Centre, Private Bag 99 904, Auckland.

Firth's Recruitment Centre may provide information about you, whether provided by you or a third party nominated by you for that purpose, to a prospective Firth Hiring Manager after having first briefed you on the position description and you have authorised us to do so.
