Firth Manorstone® wows Showhome Visitors
Classic Builders have had a great response to Firth’s Manorstone® concrete brick veneer products, which feature on their showhome in Tauranga.
Within two months of the showhome being opened, Classic Builders had already sold three homes to people who requested the Manorstone bricks for their exterior cladding.
The showhome - located at the corner of 15th Avenue and Fraser Street - is a 230m², single level 4-bedroom home; pitched at families in the mid-market level. It has slightly higher specs from the standard entry-level home option; and features mood lighting, Solo American standard tapware, and a solid kitchen benchtop.
According to Classic Builders’ Managing Director, Matt Lagerberg, the Manorstone bricks add real value to the home – without increasing the cost of the house significantly. It adds around $300-$400 to the overall cost of a house that size.
Classic Builders salesperson Loraine Oates says she has had plenty of favourable comments from people coming through the door.

When she shows her clients the concrete brick to demonstrate its weight and structure, people are surprised at its solidity. They also like its sense of permanence, and the fact it is an affordable option.
