Simply comment your favourite go-to Firth product on our Facebook page to go into the draw to win a smoko shout for you and your team up to the value of $300 incl GST.  Only one entry per person.

GENERAL FACEBOOK TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees of Firth Industries and its agencies plus members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. If a winning entrant is under 18 years old, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
2. The promotion closes at 11.59pm on; Week 1: 01/03/20, Week 2: 22/03/20, Week 3: 12/04/20 (NZST).
3. Incomplete or late entries will be invalid.
4. The first entry selected at random on; Week 1: 02/03/20, Week 2: 23/03/20, Week 3: 13/04/20 will be deemed to be the Winner(s).
5. The Winner(s) will be notified via Facebook or email within 3 working days of the winner/s being drawn.  If a Winner/s cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), that Winner will forfeit the prize and another prize winner will be drawn.
6. The prize is a lunch shout up to the value of $300 incl GST.
7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, nor can it be exchanged for any other product or service.
8. The prize will be delivered to the winners nominate worksite by an employee from Firth.
9. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure in respect of the administration of the Promotion or for any lost, incorrect, or misdirected entries, including any contact details provided.
11. Entry is deemed to be consent to use the Winner(s) information and photographs for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required without compensation and copyright will be vested in the Promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion.
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firth Industries trading as Firth and its related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or accepting a prize.
14. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of personal information held by the Promoter.
