Why Firth?

Firth is well known for its technical expertise and innovation. By working with us, you will be exposed to some of the most progressive concrete processes and uses in NZ.

We are great at training our people and have accredited NZQA competency assessors that work for us to provide plenty of guidance as you work through your apprenticeship.

Our apprenticeship covers more than what the NZ Certificate in Concrete production requires. You will also work on things like forklift and drivers licences, first aid and work skills.

We will pay you more than the minimum wage while you are on the programme and will give increases as you grow your skills. We will pay any fees not covered by government or scholarships.
