Firth Morning Tea Shout Terms and Conditions

  1. Prize Details 
    • One (1) Firth Morning Tea Shout is available to be won, valued up to NZD $300. The Prize is not transferable and is intended for one Winner (and their team).
       
  2. Eligibility Available exclusively to attendees of the in:situ 2026 + CAA General Assembly.
    • Employees of Fletcher Building Limited, Firth Industries and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    • The Morning Tea Shout prize is available only for redemption by a New Zealand registered company and delivery to a New Zealand business address. 
    • The competition starts at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, 8 September 2026 and ends at 2:30pm on Thursday 10 September 2026.
    • To enter, participants must scan the QR code provided and complete the Firth Morning Tea Shout Entry Form.
    • Entries will be automatically entered into the competition.

  3. Entry Conditions
    • Participants will be entered into the competition once the entry form has been completed and submitted.
    • Only one entry per participant will be accepted.
    • All contact details provided must be valid and current.
    • Entries must include responses to both competition questions to be eligible.
       
  4. Entry Verification
    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries or submitting an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
       
  5. Prize Draw
    • The prize draw will take place at Firth, 810 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland on Friday 12th September 2026. The winner will be selected by a panel of Firth representatives based on the most creative, witty or memorable response submitted in the entry form.
       
  6. Winner Notification
    • The Winner will be notified by phone or email within five (5) days of judging. If a Winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (as determined by the Promoter), that Winner will forfeit the prize and another Winner will be selected. Should the Winner choose not to accept the terms and conditions or wish to withdraw from the competition, they may do so by providing written notice to info@firth.co.nz.
       
  7. Prize Fulfilment
    • The Winner’s prize consists of a Morning Tea Shout, valued up to NZD $300. An agreed time and date for the prize will be arranged in consultation with the respective Winner. The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date the winner is notified. The prize will be supplied to a New Zealand registered company and delivered to a New Zealand business address only.
       
  8. Prize Conditions
    • The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for any other product or service.
       
  9. Final Decision
    • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  10. Publicity Consent
    • Entry is deemed to be consent to use the Winner’s name, company name and photograph for reasonable publicity and promotional purposes if required, without compensation. Copyright to any such promotions will vest in the Promoter.

  11. Competition Changes
    • The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Competition or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Competition.

  12. Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fletcher Concrete & Infrastructure Ltd t/a Firth and its related companies, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this competition or accepting a prize.

  13. Privacy 
    • All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s privacy policy at www.firth.co.nz/privacy-policy. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information to conduct the Competition and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants have the right to access and request correction and deletion of personal information held by the Promoter.

  14. Promoter Detail
    • The Promoter is “Fletcher Concrete & Infrastructure Limited” trading as Firth Industries.
